WHO WE REPRESENT

Originating from a local and then Regional Council for Voluntary Youth Services the cvys network has evolved into a representative body for local and regional youth services networks representing community, independent and public sector provision.

Working with The Youth Development Association as and Institute for Youth Services we also provide for and represent individual youth workers.

HOW WE REPRESENT YOU

CVYS Network believes that the provision of youth services is best provided by individually managed and support local community based youth clubs and projects and local branches of national youth organisations able to decide their own policies and not constrained by public policy and red tape.

We represent the you by promoting the independence of the youth work both in operational terms and professionally and passing on the views of our networks when they wish to act in concert.
